Marina Bay is located on the bayside on Longboat Key, behind the gates of the Longboat Key Club, directly next door to the marina and cafe. There are three main buildings, each with four units per floor situated on five floors for a total of sixty units in Marian Bay. The buildings were built in two phases in 1990 and 1993 and pets up to 30 lbs are welcome.

Most units are between three and four thousand square feet under A/C. The complex offers a wide array of amenities including security, a heated swimming pool and spa, tennis courts, walking trails, cabanas, a fitness center, and a private beach club! Most units are assigned either one or two garaged parking spaces. Additional storage is available for bicycles and beach chairs! Marina Bay is just a few minutes away from the beaches, Publix, world-famous St Armands Circle, and the exciting downtown Sarasota.
