Accredited Buyer Representative(ABR)
The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation is the benchmark of excellence in real estate buyer representation.
William True earned the ABR designation on June 5, 2008, and was inducted into the Realtor Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council’s Hall of Fame in San Francisco on November 2013, http://rebac.net/hall-of-fame.
This coveted designation is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR).
The ABR is only given to real estate buyers agents who meet high standards of educational and practical experience in representing buyers in the purchase of homes and vacant land.
REBAC offers two professional real estate designations: Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Accredited Buyer Representative Manager (ABRM). These NAR designations indicate a higher level of education and expertise for real estate agents and brokers who represent buyers.
“Earning both of these buyer representation designations has helped me hone my skills in representing buyers and become better at my profession.”
HOW DOES THE ABR BENEFIT YOU, THE HOME BUYER OR INVESTOR?
Realtors who have earned the ABR designation are better qualified to assist home buyers to meet their goals.
